Ingredients

    12 cup Chicken Broth Water-Homemade salt free (by INUNISON)
    3.5 cup Lentils, cooked
    3 cup Great Value Black Beans
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    7 medium Mushrooms, fresh
    10 clove Garlic
    .5 tbsp Salt
    .5 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 cup Rice - Basamati, White - 1/4 Cup Dry

Tips

You can spice this up with jalapenos or hot sauce. And it freezes well.


Directions

Dice onions.
Slice mushrooms.
Mince garlic.
Combine everything in a large stock pot and simmer until flavors meld.
