Introduction

Salmon is kept juicy and moist with a small amount of mayonnaise (do not use fat free) which locks in the juices and the dijon mustard and tarragon add a ton of flavor! Salmon is kept juicy and moist with a small amount of mayonnaise (do not use fat free) which locks in the juices and the dijon mustard and tarragon add a ton of flavor!

Ingredients

    1tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp Hellman's Light Mayonaise
    1/4-1/2 tsp Tarragon
    1 fillet Member's Mark Salmon Portions 4oz

Directions

Preheat broiler. Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix together dijon mustard, mayo and crumbled tarragon, lightly coat top side of salmon fillet with half the mixture. Broil 8 to 10 inches from broiler for 4-5 minutes. Flip salmon, season with salt and pepper and coat with remaining dijon mixture. Broil 3-4 minutes until dark bubbles appear. Serving Size: Makes 1 - 4oz serving but can easily be multiplied for the entire family
