Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray)
    3 tsp Westbrae Natural White Miso
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Paprika
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1 tbsp Honey
    .33 tbsp Kame Sesame Oil (by GABAY29)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

Serve hot with your favorite meal.


Directions

Slice cauliflower in 1/2 inch slices
Spray Oil on a large baking sheet or pan
Lay cauliflower out on the pan and toss any pieces around the edges.
Spray a light coating of oil on cauliflower, add salt and pepper
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and baste with miso marinade
Return to oven and bake for 15 additional minutes
Serve
