Ingredients

    1.2 cup Wholly Avocado 100% chunky Avocado Cup
    3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.5 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
    2.0 tsp Curry powder
    0.5 tsp blackening seasoning
    0.25 tsp Salt
    6.0 fl oz Water, tap

Directions

Spiralize zucchini into "noodles". Blend all other ingredients, adding water until sauce is desired consistency. Toss zoodles in sauce and serve.
