Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Pineapple Juice, .5 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup (remove)
    Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Teriyaki Sauce, 28 grams (remove)

Directions

Cut the Chicken Breasts into 12 chuncks. Place them into a small bowl and cover with Pineapple Juice. Cover and let the Chicken marinate for at least 30 min.
Once the chicken has marinated, drain the pineapple juice from the bowl. Evenly distribute the Chicken, and the veggies amoung the skewers.

cook in a pan or on the grill. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce imediately before serving.
