    1 4 oz can of Crabmeat
    1 8 oz package of Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Green Onions (chopped)
    4 tbsp Horseradish (if desired)


Mix all ingredients
Place in baking safe dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly
Serve with crackers or veggies or bread
