    340 grams Cauliflower, raw
    500 grams Broccoli, frozen
    339 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    8 tbsp Kraft light parmesan cheese
    100 grams Radishes
    280 grams Asparagus, fresh


Bake asparagus on a parchment lined cookie sheet along with radish that has been quartered. Bake about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, In saute pan, cook cauliflower rice until done. Add in frozen broccoli. and cook until thawed and heated through. Add in chicken and garlic powder. Divide the cauliflower mixture between 4 plates. Divide the asparagus and radish between the 4 plates. Sprinkle each serving with 2 tbsp of light parmensan cheese.
