    2.5 serving Bacon, fully cooked - Hormel Kirkland signature (2 slice)
    1.5 serving Onions, yellow sauteed 1 cup
    4 clove Garlic
    1180 grams Spinach, fresh
    6 oz Trader Joe's Multigrain & Seed Loaf (by MARTA_MARTA)
    3 oz Gruyere Cheese
    .75 cup Milk, 3.25%
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 large Egg white, fresh
    2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    .75 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain Kirkland Brand

cook bacon till crisp, remove bacon, keep drippings. finely chop bacon, set aside.
add onion and garlic to drippings cook,; stirring occasionally till browned and tender. Add spinach, stirring constantly. Toss together chopped bacon, onion spinach mixture and bread torn into 1-inch cubes and cheese. spray 8" baking dish with cooking spray, arrange mixture in pan.

combine milk, yogurt, eggs, whites, mustard, pepper, salt in a large bowl; whisk well. pour evenly over bread mixture. cover and chill 8 hours or over night.



preheat oven to 350, let strat stand at room temp for 30 min, bake in preheated oven until top is brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. let stand 5 mins before serving.
