Ingredients

    1 Zucchini,
    3 Carrots, raw
    3 Celery, raw, stalk, medium
    1 White Onions, raw
    1 Red Onions, raw,
    3 cloves Garlic,
    1 Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    1 Yellow Peppers
    Pepper, black, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Basil, 8 tbsp fresh is best and lots of it!
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    3 Cans diced tomatoes
    1 Can Tomato Paste,
    1 Can vegetable broth
    1 Can Great northern beans divided
    dash of olive oil

Directions

Cut veggies, heat olive oil in pan. Throw veggies in olive oil and cook until onions and garlic are translucent. Add remaining ingredients except for beans. Cook a half hour add half the beans to the soup puree the other half then add to the soup cooking for approx half hour or until you feel the smell is so overwhelming you can no longer take it.
