    1.5 C bbq flavored potato chips
    1/2C Bisquick mix
    1 egg beaten
    2 tblsp bbq sauce
    6 (or 1 1.5lbs) boneless pork loin chops 1/2 in thick
    1tblsp canola oil ( or vegetable) oil


Place potato chips in ziplock bag and crush with rolling pin. Add bisquick mix to chips and mix well.

In small shallow dish, mix egg and 2 tblsp of bbq sauce. Dip pork chops into egg mixture the shake in bag to coat with bisquick mixture.

In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-low heat. Cook pork chops in oil 15-18 min, turning once until golden brown and pork chop is no longer pink in center.

You can serve with a little bit of additional bbq sauce if needed.
