    1.5 lbs Ground Beef (extra lean)
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can chick peas
    2-3 cans kidney beans
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    Green onions
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    3 tbsp Chili Sauce
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 cup water

Directions

Cook beef, onions, peppers and green onions. Add remaining ingredients. Heat on stovetop.
