Homemade soup that is easy and fast to make. Homemade soup that is easy and fast to make.
Number of Servings: 10


    2 cups (about 10 oz ) cooked turkey/chicken broken or cut into small pieces
    64 oz fat free chicken broth
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 cups sliced carrots
    2 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 cups uncooked wholewheat wide egg noodles


Serves 10 people
Yield: 1 cup servings
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, onion, celery, and carrots. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles, turkey/chicken, parsley flakes and black pepper. Lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until noodles and veggies are tender. Stir occasionally. ENJOY!!
