.75 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
17 gram Nestle Nido Milk Powder (by FLULAT)

Tips
Prep time does not include the 30 minutes of letting the batter sit while the sourdough starter kicks in
Directions
Beat eggs. If using Nido powder, add half cup of water to make a half cup of milk. Add milk, sourdough starter and vanilla to the eggs, and stir.
In a separate bowl sift or whisk together flour, backing soda, backing powder salt, and sugar. Add the oil. Wait approximately 30 minutes to let the starter wake up and start working.
Lightly grease a hot griddle.
Drop batter onto griddle and cook. Flip when the color is light brown and bubbles start to appear on top.
