Ingredients

    KASHI GO LEAN CRUNCH CEREAL
    MULTIGRAIN CHEERIOS
    WHEAT CHEX CEREAL
    RAISINS OR OTHER DRIED FRUIT PIECES
    SUNFLOWER SEEDS
    HONEY
    SPLENDA (3/4 CUP= 48 TSPS)
    NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER (16 OZ = 16 TBSP)
    VANILLA
    CHOCOLATE CHIPS -EITHER SEMI-SWEET OR MLK CHOCOLATE

Directions

Combine cereals,fruits & chocolate chips in a large bowl.
Heat Splenda & honey till blended over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil & boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.Stir till peanut butter is melted.Pour over cereal mix and mix well.
Place on a jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper and press firmly together. Place in fridge or freezer for about an hour before cutting in to 2"x2" squares.
I wrap them individually and keep in the freezer for a quick take along snack.
