Ingredients

    3 clove Garlic
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1.5 fl oz Orange Juice
    1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
    .5 tsp Rosemary, dried

Tips

Great paleo marinade for 1.5 -2.5 lbs of lean steak such as flap steak, sirloin steak, skirt steak, etc.


Directions

Mince garlic and mix all ingredients together. Pour over 1.5 - 2.5 lbs of flap, sirloin, skirt, etc steak and marinade for 1-2 hours before grilling

Serving Size: Makes at least 4 servings, but also works with a larger steak. For 6 servings, reduce calories to 76 calories/serving
