    1 cup unbleached flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 cups non-fat milk
    1/2 cup peanut butter


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine dry all ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 by 4 by 3 inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
