Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Red Split Lentils
    2 cups water
    .5 tsp Salt

Tips

Also can just blend dry red lentils into flour, then add 1 1/3 cup of water to created batter and you do not have to soak and wait.


Directions

Soak lentils in water for three hours. Process in blender with salt until smooth. Pour into hot non-stick pan, or cast iron using parchment paper in the pan. Cook one side til done, like pancakes, then flip (using parchment for 2nd side also if using cast iron.


Serving Size: Makes 8 flat breads
