    9.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8.0 oz Ham, Publix Tavern Ham - Deli Slices
    8.0 serving Pillsbury pie crust
    6.0 oz cheese, shredded colby and Monterey


Roll the pie crust out and cut into 18 smaller rounds.. Place the round into the bottom of a cup cake tray.. Dice the ham and disburse theou all the cups... Spread the shredded cheese over the ham... In a bowl, scramble the eggs (salt and pepperto taste)... Pour the eggs over the cheese using about half an egg per... Bake at 350 for 25 min. Serving Size: 1 muffin
