Number of Servings: 8

    4 dash Salt
    1.30 tbsp Fish Sauce
    4 clove Garlic
    765.40 Zucchini
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    7 medium Mushrooms, fresh
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw

I eyeball the raw volume of ground meat to zucchin so that it's about 1:1. Drain all but about 2TB of fat from meat. If using a leaner ground meat, add 1TB of your favorite cooking oil.

Sautee beef until cooked. Add onion, garlic and tomato. Stir until onion is transparent and garlic becomes aromatic. Add salt, pepper, and fish sauce (1TB + 1tsp), scraping goodies off the bottom of pan. Add mushrooms (7-8 whole button) until limp, add zucchini (4-5 medium, green) until cooked. Eat.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
