Introduction

Ingredients

    1.0 cup Milk, 3.25%
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.0 cup Yellow Cornmeal
    1.5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    0.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Combine dry ingredients. 3. Add wet ingredients to dry until just combined. Pour in greased 9 inch pan or ungreased cast iron pan (9-10 inch diameter). Let set 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. *cast iron holds heat and may be removed sooner to avoid over browning on bottom. Serving Size: 8 slices
