Ingredients

    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Hulled Hemp Seed
    8 tbsp Almonds - sliced
    .5 cup, halves Pecans
    8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    .5 cup Maple Syrup
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar

Directions

Mix, cook at 350 for 40-60 minutes, stirring every 15 or 20 minutes until browned.
