Ingredients

    0.5 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)
    45 gram(s) Ham, Smoked Honey, Grimms (2 slices) (by CGOODCGA)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.25 cup Cherry Tomatos
    2 serving 5 slices fresh jalepenos (by NANCYOO3)
    90 grams Cheese, Tex Mex, Kirkland (by TLANE7)

Directions

Whisk eggs and egg whites. Add ham and chopped veggies. Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with jalepenos. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes or until set in the center.
