Vegan version of tuna salad! Vegan version of tuna salad!

    3.5 cup GOYA Chick Peas (29oz. can)
    6 tbsp Tahini
    2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    6 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 slice Dill Pickles
    2 tbsp, drained Capers, canned

    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Cayenne pepper
    Black pepper


Dice dill pickles and onion (can be white or red). Use a masher to mash all of the ingredients.

Season with optional spices to taste. If salad seems too dry, add pickle or caper juice. Split into 5 servings. Can be eaten on its own or as a sandwich on your choice of bread or toast.
