Introduction

Cut 12 Baby Carrots in half. Rinse with water. Put in bowl wet. Squirt with 12 sprays ICBINB Spray. Sprinkle all spices on top. Stir thoroughly. Place on baking sheet.     12 sprays I cant believe its not butter spray
    1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder
    1/4 tsp Cumin powder
    Sprinkle Cayenne to taste
    1/4 tsp Thyme dried
    Salt to taste. About 1 tsp
    1 tsp Splenda/Swerve

Directions

Roast Carrots at 350 15-20mins till tender crisp.
