Ingredients

EVOO Cooking spray
Fat Free Half and Half (3/4 cup)
Whole Wheat Linguine (7 ounces Uncooked)
Garlic chopped (1 clove)
Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (7 shrimp)
Flour (1/2 tbsp)
Fresh parmesan cheese (3 tsp shredded)
Directions
"Cook linguine according to package directions.
Meanwhile, spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Over medium heat cook garlic for one minute.
Add shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Remove and keep warm.
Combine flour and fat free half and half until smooth.
Add to skillet and bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
Reduce heat and return shrimp to skillet.
Drain linguine and add to shrimp mixture and toss to combine.
Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top"
