Ingredients

    3 cup Polenta, cooked (1/4 c dry = 3/4 c cooked)
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    8 oz Pico de Gallo
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    100 grams Cilantro, raw
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

Directions

Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Gradually whisk in polenta and cumin while wishing. Reduce heat to low; stir occasionally, cook about 20 minutes or until mixture is thick and creamy. Remove from heat and season with salt. Peel and slice avocado, finely chop cilantro and jalapeño. Drain and rinse beans and warm In small saucepan over low heat. Divide polenta into four bowls.. Top with beans, pico de Gallo, avocado, cilantro and jalapeño.
