Ingredients

    1.5 lbs 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1 medium chopped
    1 medium Pepper sweet, red, fresh chopped
    3.5 cup Tomatoes Diced, Canned, Happy Harvest (by BSEIGFRIED)
    1 cup Tomato Sauce (store bought or your own)
    3 clove Garlic
    6 cup Cabbage (Red/Purple Uncooked) about 1/2 a head chopped
    3 tsp Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv
    3 slices Applegate Farms No Sugar Uncured Bacon raw chopped

Directions

In large pan, brown the ground beef. Add onions and cook until translucent. Drain completely in colander. While draining, add chopped uncooked bacon an melt ghee in the pan. Add garlic. Cook approx. 1 minute. Add cabbage and cook approx 10 mins. Add both can's of tomatoes along with the ground beef. Cover and cook 30 mins. or until cabbage is cooked to desired doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 cup servings
