    3 Cups Egg Beaters
    8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 10oz packages frozen spinach
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder


Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, spoon into 16 jumbo muffin tins. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
