Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Toss in oats, raisins, nuts, and coconut, stirring after adding each item.
Beat eggs lightly and add applesauce, thawed apple juice concentrate, honey, and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredents. Add water until all ingredients are moist.
Press into bottom of a greased 13x9 inch pan or jelly roll pan. Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 oven. Cut into squares or use fun-shaped cookie cutter shapes.
