    4 serving Mild Italian Chicken Sausage - Never Any (Kirkwood - Aldi) 1 link - 85g
    1.00 cup Barilla - Basilico Tomato & Basil Sauce
    8 oz Barilla Rigatoni Pasta
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 serving yellow & green Zuchini
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 oz Romano Cheese
    1/2 cup of water
    1 dash black pepper


Add pasta to boiling water until cooked at dente. about 8 minutes
chop all the vegetables
remove pasta from water and place in a strainer
add oil to pot and cook the chicken sausage for one minute each side.
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for about 3 minutes
Add tomato sauce and a half a cup of water
Let it simmer for about 3 minutes
add cooked pasta and Romano cheese and serve hot
