    1- 8 oz package mushrooms
    1- medium zucchini diced
    1- sm.-med. onion
    1- 16 oz package of raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
    2- T. olive oil

    1- tsp. sugar
    3- T. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    Kikkoman schezuan stir-fry seasoning


Make sauce first and set aside. Heat oil in a wok or large deep skillet over med-high heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, & zucchini and stir fry for 8-10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Add sauce and continue to cook for an additional minute or until sauce thickens.

Makes 3 large servings.

Great for dinner for two and leftovers for lunch the next day!!
