Ingredients

    5 lb boneless ,skinless chicken breast
    1 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed
    1 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Celery
    8 oz Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese (softened)
    1 c. Hellmans Light Mayo
    1 c. Light Sour Cream
    2 cup Cabot 50% Light Cheddar Shredded Cheese (
    1 1/2 c. real cumbled bacon bits
    1 cup Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeno Peppers
    1 tsp. Garlic powder
    1 tsp. Salt

Directions

Cut breast into 1-ish inch chunks. Pre-cook with Garlic Salt and a little Olive Oil if you wish (I have not included the olive oil in the recipe calculations) or cook in another way without oil.

Combine, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, 1 c. shredded cheese, 1 c. bacon bits, 3/4 c. diced jalepeno peppers, garlic powder and salt (I sometimes just use Garlic Salt)

Combine with chicken and put in large casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Top with reserved cheese, bacon and sliced jalepeno

Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes - until browned and bubbling.

Serving Size: 15-16 - Large Casserole dish separated into "spoonfuls" (calculations done on 16)
