Number of Servings: 14


    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/8 c. Sugar alternative - we use Splenda for baking
    3 c. Fat Free Half and Half
    1 1/2 tblsp vanilla

    Makes 14 1/2 c. servings


In mixer, mix together milk and sugar-substitute until completely dissolved.
Add Fat Free Half/Half - mix until frothy - add vanilla extract while mixing.
Pour mixture into ice cream processor - and process until mix is done or very thick.
Great right away - or freeze until hard.
Remove for 15 minutes before serving to soften.

- This recipe can be varied by adding fruit, sugarfree chocolates (my kids love some chopped sugarfree peanut butter candies), or even nuts. Add any "extras" when ice cream is complete - then process for 3 minutes to blend well.
