    Chicken Thigh, 8 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    boil in a bag brown rice 2 bags
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    White Wine, 3 fl oz
    fresh thyme, 1 1/2 tsp chopped
    salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven 450 degrees. Add onions to a pan and saute about 2 min. Then add garlic cloves mix together and saute another 30 seconds. Add rice to the pan and stir for 30 seconds. Add white wine and allow to cook until it is all absorbed (less than a minute). Add mixture in an even layer to the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish (add some nonstick spray if you like.) Arrange chicken over the top of the rice evenly in a single layer. Salt and peppr the chicken to season (I like to add some red pepper flakes too.) sprinkle thyme evenly over chicken. Mix whipping cream and chicken broth and pour over the top of rice and chicken. Place in oven for 15 min. Add cheese and place back in oven for 5 min. until chicken is cooked. Serve 2 pieces of chicken and 1 cup rice.
