Introduction

I love banana bread. But sometimes it can be a little dry. So on a whim I added cream cheese (since it does a good job when added to pound cake) and I have gotten rave reviews for this recipe. I hope you enjoy if you make it. I love banana bread. But sometimes it can be a little dry. 1 tsp Salt
    289 grams Granulated Sugar
    252 grams Banana, fresh
228 gram(s) Great Value Cream Cheese (1 oz or 28 grams)
.3333 cup Pet Dairy Pure Whole Cultured Buttermilk-1 cup or 240 mL

3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease1-8.5 inch x 4.5 inch and 1-9 inch x 5 inch.
2. Add all dry ingredients with the exception of the sugar (flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda). For banana bread you can hand mix them. If you want a more homogeneous bread you can use a shifter.
3. Beat bananas until smooth. Add butter and cream cheese & beat until all is creamed. Add sugar & beat until smooth.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time and mix until folded in.
5. Add in vanilla and buttermilk and mix.
6. If you desire to add walnuts you would add it at this time.
7. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick or dull knife comes clean when inserted in center.
