    16 oz Laura's Lean Beef-Beef Round L.L. Eye of Round Steak
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 clove Garlic
    3 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)


Heat oil in a pan, add stew beef mushrooms onions and garlic and cook until browned. Add beef to slow cooker (greased and sit on high). Add vegetables and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
