    24 oz Beef, round steak
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 tsp Thyme, ground
    3 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Paprika
    4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    9 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Onion powder
    1 Serving(s) Bay leaf

Directions

He olive oil up to medium and add onions, mushrooms, celery, mushrooms and beef. Add all seasonings And cook until browned. Add 4 cups of low sodium beef broth and 1 cup brown rice and simmer for five minutes. Place in 375 degree oven for one hour. Serve with biscuits Serving Size: 12 one cup serving
