Ingredients

    16 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS)
    16 grams Cornstarch
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    16.7 grams Honey
    1 cup Orange Juice

Directions

Whisk the orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce honey and 1 tsp of orange zest in a small bowl, set aside.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Lightly coat large pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chicken over medium-low heat for 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink in the center, remove chicken from the pan.
Whisk the sauce once more, pour into the same pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly or until sauce has thickened and reduced by about 1/3rd. Reduce the heat to low and add the chicken, stir until covered in sauce.
