    1 serving Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - dry - whole box
    0.25 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    1 tsp Lemon Peel
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 tsp Poppy seed
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .02 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk


Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes
