    1.0 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins)
    1.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 cup Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened

Directions
