Ingredients

    .33 cup Almond Butter
    .25 cup Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    0.25 cup Almonds
    1 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
    4 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    2 serving Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips

Directions

Combine almond butter, honey and vanilla--warm to liquid consistency. Set aise to cool. In food processor, chop craisins and slivered almonds a bit, then add in oats and coconut. Pulse just to combine. Pour almond butter mixture over dry ingredients and pulse til it comes together. Pulse in chocolate chips. Scoop and roll into 1 inch balls. Chill well and store in fridge.

Serving Size: makes about 20 to 21 one inch balls
