  • One of my favorite recipes. Can you please correct the nutrional information? Here is the information I see on Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix for one serving (1/12): 140 calories, 32 carbs, 2 protein, 310 sodium, 0 fat and 0 fiber. - 10/15/11

  • I have made this before in muffins, and it would be approx 50 calories per muffin - the recipe I have calls for 18 muffins, but sometimes it makes 24 - 9/27/09

  • Tastes great! I read elsewhere that if you cut into 8 pieces, it'd be 204 calories per piece, but that may have been in a bundt pan. Also, if you make 24 cupcakes, they will supposedly have 68 calories per. Definitely a great idea for a healthy snack! - 1/15/08
