Introduction

Instant Pot or Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken Instant Pot or Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (20 ounces)
    4 oz Neufchatel Cheese
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Tbsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
    PC Reduced Sodium Bacon (4 slices cooked)

Directions

IP- brown chix breast in a little oil, add 1/2 cup water, cream cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Set pressure cooker to high for 15 minutes. Quick release. Remove chicken and shred. I use my Kitchen Aid. Set IP to low, add cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, stir until combined.
Crockpot- put ingredients in and cook 3-4 hrs High/6-8 hrs slow. Shred chicken and return to crockpot.

Serving Size: makes 8-3.75 oz servings
