Ingredients

    6.5 serving Simple Truth Red Lentils 1/4 C dry
    1134 grams Red Potato
    3 cup Simple Truth Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce (by GEEK_GIRL54)
    1 cup Soy Milk
    16 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
    8 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    16 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
    1.5 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    5 clove Garlic

Directions

Dice potatoes and garlic, add all ingredients to instant pot, seal, put on pressure cook for 11 minutes. When done stir, add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy. YUM!
