    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    0.15 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    3 tbsp Celery, raw
    1 tsp Celery seed

Directions

Combine and put on bread, or Tostitos scoops, or celery stalks, or sliced cucumber.
