I have made this for my fiance and all of his friends and it's their favorite! I have made this for my fiance and all of his friends and it's their favorite!
Number of Servings: 1


    ~Veggie pasta(the multi-color pasta that is made out of veggies)
    ~1 onion(you may use just half depending on preference)
    ~Light Ranch dressing
    ~bread crumbs
    ~Lean Turkey lunch meat
    ~Lean Ham lunch meat
    ~parmesan cheese


Boil the pasta as you normally would till done. In the meanwhile you can chop up 2 slices of ham , turkey and also the onion into small pieces. When the pasta is done add the meat and onion along with a few squirts of Ranch just to moisten the pasta and to add flavor. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on the top and toss throughout according to preference. It taste great and also looks great!

  • I have not made this. But, unless the nutritional information is incorrect, this is outrageously high in calories, sodium, carbs, etc. How can this recipe be considered appropriate for someone who is trying to lose weight???? - 8/11/07
