    Turkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 3Tablespoons
    Chicken bouillon, 1 cube
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Shoney's Olives, Black, Sliced - 1/2 cup
    Almonds, .18 cup, sliced
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .18 cup
    Coconut, toasted, 1 oz
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp


melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute until they soften. add flour and mix to create a paste. then add curry and buiollion cube and stir together. Slowly mix in milk stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and then simmer add sliced olives and turkey. Serve over rice. top with rasins, or crasins, tosted coconut, sliced almonds or peanuts. Some people like sliced hard boiled egg or bacon bits.
