Ingredients

    4 large ripe red tomatoes
    1 cup plain dried bread crumbs
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh basil
    1 tbsp fresh thyme
    1 tsp salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and cut tomatoes in halves,cut out stem.
In medium bowl mix olive oil, bread crumbs, basil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper until blended well.
Top each tomato with mixture bake for 20 minutes.
