    2 C vegetable broth
    2C TVP
    1/4C chopped onion
    2T Pickle relish
    1/4t dried dill
    1/4c raisins
    1/4c dried cranberries
    1c low fat Mayo (veggie version if desired)


Bring broth to boil, add TVP. Reduce heat and cook until all liquid is absorbed. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to chill. Serve on bread or as is on a bed of lettuce.
