    3c dry wheat pasta
    3 c vegetables of choice

    2c TVP
    2C Beef broth
    1T Worcestershire Sauce

    1 15 oz cab diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1T garlic
    2T Olive oil
    2T tomato paste
    2 C water
    1T Italian Seasoning

    15 oz container fat free ricotta

    1C part skim Mozzarella(or soy version)
    2t sweet basil


1. Make pasta according to package directions.
2. Cook vegetables just until warm
3. Drain and set both aside until done with sauce
4. Bring broth to a boil, add TVP, turn heat off and allow liquid to be absorbed.(about 10 minutes)
5. Once liquid is absorbed, place on meduim heat and add oilve oil and garlic. Saute' about 10 minutes and then add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paste, water and italian seasoning.
6. Simmer 30 minutes.
7. While sauce is simmering continue to stir every 5 minutes or so. Place the drained pasta and veggies in a spryaed 13x9 casserole dish. Top with ricotta
8. When sauce is done ladel over. You will have extra. Set aside for after casserole is done for those who prefer more sauce.
9. Sprinkle cheese and basil over top
10. Cook in pre-heated 350 degree over for about 30 minutes. Until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
